Apr 11......Ah the joy of digging in the dirt, feeling the ache of spring as my muscles get toned after the long winter. I added more to the compost bin and watered it well. Weed and fed my lawn. Began hauling out weeds from the retainer blocks along the drive. The last tenant left the lawn, garden and plants in a state. By the time I get this place in order and happy, I'll move again to my next assignment. Ah well, pay it forward.
Still pretty cold to plant my seedlings. There is a definate chill in the air. Read about pH testing today and intend on buying a kit. I'll use it for soil and my wine making. Hopefully.
Dandelions are heading out. I'll be picking and brewing soon.
