Title: Butterscotch topping

1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 T rum extract
Heat butter, sugar, syrup and milk in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
