Title: Moist Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsps cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup raisins
Stir dry ingredients together well. Beat eggs and sugar, add oil. Stir in flour mixture, then carrots, walnuts and raisins. Bake in 9"x13", or 2 round 9" pans at 350° for 1 hour. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
Cream Cheese Icing
¼ cup cream cheese
2 cups icing sugar
¼ cup butter
Beat all together well.
Excellent moist, chewy, not-too-sweet carrot cake.
