Title: Quick Chocolate Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 T cocoa
2 tsps baking soda
2 tsps salt
2 tsps vanilla
2 T vinegar
6 T oil
2 cups warm water
Put dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix thoroughly. Make well in center and add remaining ingredients in order given. Stir thoroughly, pour into 9"x13" pan or bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 30- 35 minutes.
Best Ever Chocolate Cake
2 ½ cups flour
2 tsps baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 T vinegar
1 cup milk
1 cup shortening or butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup cocoa
1 cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix vinegar and milk and let sit. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in cocoa. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk. Stir in hot water and vanilla. Bake in two 9" round pans at 350° for 45 minutes.
