Title: Upper Crust’s Chocolate Pecan Pie

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
¾ cup corn syrup
¼ cup milk
1 ½ T cornstarch
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup pecans
Melt chocolate, butter, sugar, and corn syrup together. Whisk milk and cornstarch together, then add to chocolate mixture. Add eggs, then pecans. Bake in 9" pie crust or pate bris&eaccute;e shell at 400° for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 300° and bake 50 minutes more.
