Title: Overbaking Sabayon

5 ½ oz Marscapone cheese
1 T milk
few drops vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp brown sugar
Mix cheese, milk, vanilla, egg and sugar well.
1 ½ T brown sugar
2 T chopped hazelnuts
1 tsp orange zest
Fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sliced peaches, etc.
Butter ovenproof plate, and place fruit or berries on it. Sprinkle with nuts, brown sugar, and zest. Pour cheese mixture over top and gratinee until browned.
