Title: Irene’s Cheesecake

Crust:
1 ¼ cups graham wafer crumbs
¼ cup butter
Filling:
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 T lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla
dash salt
2 eggs
Beat cream cheese till creamy. Beat in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour over crust and bake at 325° for 25 minutes. In the meantime mix together
1 cup sour cream
2 T sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Spoon over top of the cheesecake and bake 10 minutes more. Chill.
