1 kg bittersweet chocolate
10 eggs
300 g sugar
2 L whipping cream, whipped
Melt chocolate over hot water. Beat eggs and sugar until light. Slowly whisk in chocolate, then fold in whipped cream. For a thicker mousse use fewer eggs.
