Title: Carrot Muffins

2 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of allspice
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cloves
3 eggs
½ cup oil
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated Granny Smith apples
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup raisins
Stir dry ingredients together well. In a separate bowl beat eggs until frothy. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Stir together two mixtures just until mixed. Grease 12 muffin pans and fill ¾ full. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Let rest in pan 5 minutes before removing.
