Title: Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil
2 eggs
Stir together dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk and oil in bowl. Add flour mixture, stirring only just enough to moisten the flour mixture (bits of dry ingredients are fine). Bake in muffin pans or in 8"x8" greased pan at 425° for 20-25 minutes.
