Title: BBQ Ribs

4 - 5 lbs ribs
Rinse ribs to remove any bone fragments. Place in large roaster, cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until ribs are almost cooked. Drain well and put back into the roaster pan. If the ribs are small you can eliminate the boiling step but if they are large or on the tough side it ensures that they will be tender and cooked through to the middle when finished.
Sauce:
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt
pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Spread over the ribs. Cook in a 350° oven for about 1 hour, bast and stir ever once in a while.
