Title: Oven Meatballs

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 ½ c soft bread crumbs (3 slices bread)
½ cup milk
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp salt
Combine and mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls. Place on 10"x15" baking pan. Brown in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain off any fat. These can be frozen and used for spaghetti and meatballs, or combined with a mushroom soup gravy.
