Title: Home-made Shake and Bake

1 ½ cups fine dry bread crumbs (use blender or food processor)
½ cup flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp onion powder
1 tsp crumbled rosemary
3 T oil
Mix dry ingredients, then use finger tips to work in oil. Moisten chicken pieces with water, roll in crumbs or shake in bag. Bake in preheated 400° oven 45 minutes or till browned. Makes enough to coat 2 chickens.
