Title: Lazy Cabbage Rolls

4 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 cups raw rice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 cup water
1 small onion, finely chopped.
Put cabbage in 1 ½ qt casserole. Sprinkle onion over. Pour rice over top, poke down into cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour water and tomatoes over. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350°. If it’s too dry when finished, add a little more water.
