Title: Roasted Potatoes with Herbs

¼ cup olive oil
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
2 T dried rosemary
Boiled potatoes
Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and peel (peeling isn’t necessary if using new potatoes). Roll each potato in oil mixture until completely covered. Bake ½ hr at 350°, turning half way through baking time.
