Title: Ice Cream Pail Pickles

You will need 1 ice cream pail (4 litre size)
Enough cucumbers to fill the pail to almost the top
Slice Cucumbers thin
2 onions sliced thin
Fill ice cream pail, cover with brine
Brine:
4 cups vinegar
4 cups sugar
1 tsp tumeric
¼ cup pickling salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Bring brine to boil and cool. Pour over cucumber/onion mixture. Stir once a day for three days. Keep in the fridge.
