Title: Mom’s Pickled Beets

4 cups vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 T white mustard seed
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp salt
Bring to boil and pour over cooked beets which have been placed in sterilized jars. Seal.
