Title: Whipped Shortbread

1 lb butter
1 cup icing sugar
½ cup cornstarch
3 cups flour
Beat all ingredients until very, very light. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with a piece of candied cherry or a couple of currants. Bake at 350° for 15-17 minutes.
