Title: Chocolate Chip Monster Cookies

½ cup butter
¼ cup shortening
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps vanilla
2 cups + 2 T flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Beat butter to soften, then beat in remaining ingredients. These are best if you don’t beat the mixture too much, just enough to combine the ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Can be made larger or smaller. Use foil shell to make large cookies.
