Title: Choco Peanut Butter Drops

1 ¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup shortening
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
½ pkg chocolate chips
Sift dry ingredients together 5 times. Beat shortening, peanut butter, and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Add to flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips. Shape into 1" balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with floured fork. Bake in 350° oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
