Title: Buttercream

1 cup milk
½ + 1/8 cup sugar
½ cup (rounded) butter
Bring milk, sugar and butter to a boil
2 eggs
¼ cup + 1 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add a bit of the hot milk mixture to the eggs, then add this mixture to the hot milk mixture, stirring constantly. Cool
2 ¼ cups butter
Beat butter until light , then add custard mixture to butter and whip until light and airy.
