Buttery Lemon Squares
1 cup flour
¼ cup icing sugar
½ cup butter
pinch of salt
2 eggs
4 T lemon juice
1 cup white sugar
Mix flour, icing sugar, butter and salt and press into 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350°for 20 minutes. Mix eggs, lemon juice, sugar and pour over crust when baked. Bake for another 25 minutes at 350°. Sift powdered sugar over top when done. Cool and cut into squares.
